5. To do this you need to go to the profile tab placed at the top left corner of the home tab.
6. On the next screen you will see your account along with other options such as payment method and payment setting.
7. Click the bank account.
8. Once you click on the specific Bank you will see its details mentioned on the next page such as type, branch, IFSC, balance and BHIM UPI ID.
9. Click the option- unlink bank account placed at the bottom of the screen in order to delete your bank account from PhonePe.
10. Once you tap this option a pop-up box will display on your screen which will inform you that if you unlink this bank account, you cannot make any of the transfer by using the PhonePe application.
11. You need to confirm your choice by selecting the option unlink placed at the bottom of the popup box.
12. Once your bank account is successfully unlinked, you need to go to settings on your Android device.
13. The setting page will show various settings for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, portable hotspot, lock screen, display, notifications, apps and other additional settings.
14. Scroll down under settings and click the option apps.
15. On the next screen you will see more options under apps named System app settings, manage apps, dual apps, permissions and applock.
16. Click the option manage apps.
17. Now search for the PhonePe application.
18. On the next screen it will show you its details such as space used by the app, data, cache and total. Click clear data.
19. Again open the phone per application and now try to login with your mobile number and enter the one-time password.
20. Now you will be able to verify your device in PhonePe.
