The next thing you have to do is click on the three lines option which is on the extreme left corner at the top of the interface as shown in the below image for example:
Now after that what you have to do is tap on the settings and privacy option which is the second last option as shown in the below image for example:

Now you will see that there are no options of language change in this section and you will not get any option for language change in the Twitter application
