- Click the label option and a drop-down menu will appear on your screen. The drop-down menu shows all of your created labels.
- You can also choose from the list of the labels that you have already created in your Gmail. Simply click the label’s name in order to move the selected emails into the label folder.
- Click the option to create new which is placed at the bottom of this drop-down menu.
- A new window will pop up on your screen. You need to enter a new label name In the text-box placed at the top of the window. In case you want this label to be a subfolder of any other label, you can also look the nest label under the box. Choose any existing label for this.
- After creating a new label click the option of create which is placed at the bottom right side of the window. After this your label will also be created and the mails will be automatically added to it.
- In case you want to include any future emails to your newly created label you can simply select the email by clicking the checkbox, and again click the label icon which is placed below the search field.
- Here you need to click the label name you have created from the drop-down menu.
- Simply click and drag the selected email onto the label name which is placed at the left side of the inbox.
