  3. Put the details and data in the excel sheet.

  5. Click save as button as excel workbook.
  6. Then select the save folder location and save the file as excel workbook.
  7. 7.Then open a new Microsoft word file
  8. 8.Then click on mailing at the top toolbar
  9. 9.Then click on start mail merge.

  11. Then a new pop up window will open.
  12. 12.Then select “ 30 per page “ from the product number and click OK.
  13. Then click on select recipients at the top toolbar and click on use existing list.
  14. Then select the saved excel file location where the previous excel file has been saved and click on ok button.
  15. Then a new format will appear in the word document. Then click on insert merge field and select all the options such as SERIAL NO, NAME, AGE, GENDER.
  16. Then click the right mouse button on the double arrow sign appearing in the screen and select border and shading.
  17. click on ALL and press OK button , the below format will appear in the word document.
  18. Then select the update labels options from the top toolbar
  19. Then click on preview result on the top toolbar
  20. Now click on top left corner to save the file and click save as word documents.
  21. Then select the save folder location and save the file as word documents.
