Step By Step Guide On How To Get Refund From Zomato :-

Open your mobile phone and go to the ‘Zomato’ app through the App tray.
You will be taken to the home page of your Zomato account. Here you will be able to see options of different cuisines, offers and combos of food, suggestions based on your previous orders, etc.
On the top right side of the screen, you will be able to spot the mini profile picture icon. This is the Menu icon. Click on this icon or button to get access to the menu of your Zomato account.
Here you will be able to see all the details and other categories related to your account. Click on the ‘Your orders’ icon from the list by bringing your cursor on it and tapping it.
As soon as you tap it, you will be taken to the next page where you will see a list of all the orders placed via the app organised in a chronological order.
Click on the order against which you wish to request a refund.
This will bring you to the ‘Order summary’ page. Here, you will be able to see all the details of the order, its invoice, cost, etc.
On the top right corner, you will see the ‘Support’ icon.
Click on this and you will be taken to the ‘Zomato chats’ page.
Now you have to follow the steps on the screen and tell the executive that you have received a wrong order. Here, you must send photos of the ordered received instead to increase your credibility.
The executive might ask you to wait till he checks what needs to be done.
In approximately 10 odd minutes, the money should be credited to your account on Zomato or mode of payment.
There could be instances where you would have to convince the executive.
