Moving on in the settings page only, look down and search for a section named the Accounts Section and click on clear conversations as shown in the picture given below.
On the following next page, click the "X" in front of the user to clear the whole conversation between you and that user.
After this step, a pop-up will occur on the screen which informs you it will not remove any saved messages from both sides of the chat in the chat box and it clear only the conversation from the feed. Click on the option "clear" shown in the pop-up.
