Step By Step Guide On Amazon Pay UPI Id Example :-

Use the Amazon app to identify your UPI ID by following these steps

  1. Launch the Amazon app. To log in, use your username and password.
  2. Mostly on top left corner of the Amazon gateway, press the 3 parallel lines. Tap the Amazon Pay UPI tab once again.
  3. That Amazon Pay UPI ID is now visible. Your mobile number is entered, followed by @apl.
  4. The Amazon Pay app generates the UPI ID as a default UPI ID. However, a new UPI ID can be made and set as the default ID.

The UPI capability is offered by the Amazon app in collaboration to Axis Bank Ltd.

Additionally, the Amazon Pay UPI app is only compatible with Android. So, in order to create a UPI ID, you must first install the most recent Amazon app.

Let's look at how to generate a UPI ID on the Amazon Pay platform

  1. Start the Amazon app. Use your username and password to log in. As per usual, click on the three parallel lines. Then select Amazon Pay.
  2. Select the Amazon Pay UPI tab now. Alternately, you can click the Amazon Pay UPI toggle in the page's center.
  3. Give Amazon authorization to send and view SMS messages in order to set up Amazon Pay UPI. Additionally, consent to handle calls is required to confirm your mobile number is registered with a bank account. Therefore, your cell number needs to match both on your Amazon app and bank account.
  4. If your phone has multiple SIM cards, choose the one that is linked to your bank account. Click on Proceed now.
  5. Amazon Pay then confirms your mobile number. Choose your bank account from the list at this time. The final four numbers of your account are displayed on the screen as soon as you choose your bank.
  6. Select Next. Your bank account and the Amazon Pay app are now connected. Our default UPI ID is then visible underneath this notification. You can therefore generate your UPI ID using the Amazon Pay app.
  7. Users must now generate a UPI PIN after generating your UPI ID. There is no need to create a new UPI PIN if your bank account has already been linked to one.
  8. You must enter the last six digits of our bank debit card along with other information to create a UPI PIN. then carry with the UPI PIN creation steps.
