Go to the Zomato app from the App tray on your mobile phone or on your laptop.
You will be taken to the home page of the app. Here, you will be shown several cuisines, offers and combos.
At the top of the page, you will see the Search bar. Enter the name of the dish or the restaurant you wish to order from. For example, if you search the word ‘Burger’, the app will show you a list of outlets available for dining, delivery, etc.
From this list of options, click on the outlet or restaurant of your choice, say Burger King and click on it.
You will now be able to see the food item on the menu of the place. Click on the ‘Add’ icon against the item. You will now be able to see the description, price, etc. of the item.
Next, select the quantity of the item by clicking on the (+) icon located at the right bottom of the screen.
You will see a pop-up at the bottom of the page. Click on the ‘View cart’ located at the right bottom corner of the page.
Next, on the pop- up page, you will be able to see all the details of the order.
It is also important to make sure to check the location and address selected at this point to check if the outlet delivers to the address of your preference. To do so, click on the ‘Select address at next step’ icon.
Once you are done, click on the ‘Place order’ icon.
Here, you can also check the payment method or change it by tapping on the ‘Pay using’ icon place at the left bottom corner of the page.
